Please note that all pricing is subject to change. All pricing is subject to a 5% GST. Monthly payment plans include an additional $2.00 processing fee per month, resulting in a slightly higher total than the annual option. The advantage of the monthly fee over the yearly fee is that your costs are spread out over the year. You can quit your subscription with 60 days' notice, so there is no buyer's remorse for any annual subscription. Our system accepts credit cards and EFT payments. We do not store your credit card information.
Safe and Trusted Canada does not indefinitely reserve subscription opportunities or visibility placements for individual businesses. To do so could show favouritism toward one business over another, and by policy, Safe and Trusted Canada does not operate in that manner.
If a business is undecided or needs more time to consider participation, Safe and Trusted Canada can issue a one-month invoice to hold the requested subscription or visibility placement.
If the invoice is paid, the subscription process continues, and the business activates its participation within the system. If the invoice remains unpaid after 30 days, we will consider the opportunity declined and may offer the subscription or visibility placement to another business.
All subscriptions have the following in common. An Information Only profile is generated for the business, with links to its website.
All businesses in our system can be easily searched by phone number (last 4 digits), business name, business category, city, trade area, and province. All businesses in our system are fairly presented to consumers based on subscription levels. We also do not restrict the number of entries, as we are not a pay-for-play system.
Information Only: Businesses cannot change content, but can request removal at any time. See the Information Only Profile
The business may be removed upon the business owner's request.
Basic Subscription: Businesses can change all content in their listings. They can also copy and paste content from their website into their profiles. The business is limited to 1 primary category, 5 subcategories, and one trade area. The account holder must request this through our chat widget, by email, or by filling out the application. There is no charge for this subscription level. All listings are at level 5. We provide setup at no charge, and the account is set up; the account holder only needs to change their password. We work with the owner to help them grow their business, both on this site and through other software solutions. At the Basic Subscription Level, you will have access to your account, be able to make changes whenever you want, respond to reviews, indicate why consumers should pick you, and what makes you different.
Plus Subscription: Identical to the Basic Subscription, except the business can have up to 2 primary categories and 20 subcategories. There is a $99 annual fee. All listings are at Level 4. Taxes add 5% GST to all totals. If the company receives no alerts for placing false information in its profile, it can request removal at any time. All listings are at level 4. We provide setup at no charge, and the account is set up; the account holder only needs to change their password. See the Plus Subscription
Standard Subscription: The Standard Subscription includes all the features of the Plus Subscription with added flexibility for businesses looking to expand their visibility and lead generation. The difference is that the Business owner can have up to 3 primary categories and 30 subcategories, 5 trade areas, 5 image uploads, 1 PDF Upload, and 1 YouTube link. The business can opt for consumer quotes to get more leads. There is a $199 annual fee. The monthly amount is 18.58. There is a possibility of up to $25 in discounts. All businesses are in Level 3. Companies can double their trade areas from 5 to 10 for $25.00. Taxes add 5% GST to all totals. All links in the business profile can now point directly to the business website or to your affiliations. Direct Linking is a significant benefit to your business. If the company receives no alerts for placing false information in its profile, it can request removal at any time. All listings are at level 3. Advanced Subscription: The Advanced Subscription includes all the features of the Standard Subscription, along with added flexibility for businesses seeking to expand their visibility and lead generation. This is the same as the Standard Subscription, but the Business owner can have up to 4 primary categories and 40 subcategories, 10 trade areas, 5 PDF Uploads, and 5 YouTube Links. There is a $399 annual fee. The monthly amount is $35.25. This subscription level offers discounts and other options. A company may receive up to $50 in discounts. A business can pay as little as $31.08 per month or $349.00 per year. All Businesses are in Level 2. Companies can double their trade areas from 10 to 20 for $50.00. Taxes add 5% GST to all totals. All links in the business profile can now point directly to the business website or to your affiliations. Direct Linking is a significant benefit to your business. Professional Subscription: The Professional Subscription includes all the features of the Advanced Subscription, with maximum visibility. It is identical to the Advanced Subscription, but the business owner can have up to 5 primary categories and 60 subcategories, 20 trade areas, 10 PDF Uploads, and 10 YouTube Links. The annual fee is $599. The monthly amount is $51.91. A business may receive up to $100 in discounts. A business can pay as little as $499 yearly. The monthly amount may be as little as $43.58. All Businesses are in Level 1, the top tier in the database. Depending on the application, companies can double their trade areas from 20 to 40 for $100. All links in the business profile can now point directly to the business website or to your affiliations. Direct Linking is a significant benefit to your business.
