The Professional Plan is Safe and Trusted Canadas best-value and most comprehensive Listing Plan. It provides businesses with our highest level of visibility, the greatest number of categories and trade areas, and the most complete business profile.
Safe and Trusted Canada is an advertising and consumer discovery platform. We do not accredit, validate, endorse, rank or recommend businesses.
Professional Plan Price
The Professional Plan is $599.00 plus GST per year.
The monthly payment option is $51.92 plus GST per month for 12 months.
There is no onboarding or setup fee.
Professional Plan Inclusions
The Professional Plan includes up to 5 Primary Categories, up to 60 Subcategories and up to 20 City or Town Trade Areas.
One business profile may appear in all approved categories, subcategories and trade areas included with the plan. The businesss actual physical location remains clearly identified on its profile.
The Professional Plan also includes up to 20 image uploads, up to 10 PDF uploads and up to 10 YouTube video links.
Business Website and Contact Links
The business profile may include direct links to any appropriate part of the business website, including product, service, financing, appointment, estimate and contact pages.
Links to approved social media pages and external review sites may also be included.
Business Profile Information
The Professional profile gives consumers detailed information about the business in one convenient location.
The profile may include the business description, products and services, contact information, service areas, website links, social media links, images, PDF documents, YouTube videos, promotions, job postings and other approved business information.
Business and Contractor Credentials
The business may identify applicable Business and Contractor Credentials through its account access.
Credentials entered by the business are searchable by consumers. Safe and Trusted Canada displays this information for advertising and consumer information purposes and does not independently accredit, validate or endorse the business.
Request eQuotes
Professional Plan businesses may participate in the Safe and Trusted Canada Request eQuotes system.
This allows consumers to request information or estimates from participating businesses through the website.
Reviews and Ratings
The Professional Plan includes access to consumer reviews and ratings management.
Every profile view is measured and made available to the business owner.
Consumer Search Options
Consumers can search for businesses by Province, City or Town, Business Category, Business Name, the last four digits of the business telephone number, and identified Business or Contractor Credentials.
Professional Plan Display Position
Professional Listings are displayed before Advanced, Standard, Plus, Basic and Information-Only Profiles.
When more than one Professional Listing appears in the same category and geographic area, the businesses are displayed according to the date their Professional Plans were activated.
What Makes Us Different?
Listings do not rotate or change position based on which business is nearest to the consumer.
A businesss position in the database is determined by its Listing Plan and the date the plan was activated.
The business profile gives consumers everything they need to know about the business in one click.
Business Account Management
The business owner or an authorized representative can manage approved profile information through the business account.
Safe and Trusted Canada may manage certain profile elements in consultation with the business owner to help protect the integrity, security, ease of use and professional presentation of the website.
Plan Renewal and Cancellation
The Professional Plan renews automatically unless it is cancelled according to the applicable cancellation requirements.
A business using the monthly payment option may cancel by providing 30 days written notice. After giving notice, the business owner is responsible for two additional monthly payments.
A business using the annual payment option may cancel by providing written notice at least 60 days before the annual reactivation date. The plan will not reactivate, and there will be no additional payments after the end of the current annual term. Annual payments are non-refundable.
Business Communications
By creating and maintaining an account, the business acknowledges and consents to receiving communications related to its account, profile, participation and services, in accordance with applicable laws, including Canadas Anti-Spam Legislation.
