Why Account Cancellation Occurs with F-Rating with Better Business Bureau?

There are some very basic reasons why a business will have an F-Rating with Better Business Bureau.

They are accredited with Better Business Bureau and they have not followed the accreditation agreement they have signed.

They are a business where a consumer has laid a complaint and the business has not responded to the complaint at least on two occasions.

We look for businesses with credentials. Business Credentials

They are a business and are using the BBB logo and are not accredited with the Bureau.

Any or all of the above are not suitable for an account status with  Safe and Trusted Canada and the subscription is cancelled.

The Site automatically reduces the subscription to an Information Only profile should the subscription be cancelled.  The company may also be archived.
