The Site is a business information and advertising platform designed to help consumers find, compare, and connect with businesses across Canada. We are not a regulatory body, licensing authority, complaint resolution service, accreditation organization, or government agency. Consumers can distinguish contractors by the credentials they choose to list to support their business.
Consumers are responsible for conducting their own research, verifying information where appropriate, and making their own purchasing decisions. While The Site strives to provide accurate and current information, no online source is infallible. We encourage consumers to review the information provided, ask questions, and obtain any additional information they require before purchasing products or services.
Businesses are responsible for ensuring that all information presented on their listing is honest, truthful, and accurate. Businesses are encouraged to provide as much information as possible, including Trusted Factors, affiliations, social media links, review site links, website links, YouTube videos, PDF documents, and other relevant information that helps consumers make informed purchasing decisions.

Business listings bring together contact information, website links, social media profiles, reviews, Trusted Factors, and other useful details in a single, convenient profile. Businesses obtain account status by completing our application process.
Businesses may add content to their listings based on the features included with their selected Plan. Content may be supplied directly by the business owner or, with permission, our Administration Team may obtain current information from the business website during the listing development process to help ensure a professional presentation.
Businesses may request updates to their listing at any time. Businesses that no longer maintain an active account may continue to appear as an information profile until archived. Listings may also be archived when we receive confirmation that a business has permanently closed or upon the business owner's request. We monitor publicly available information, including permanently closed notifications on Google. Businesses or consumers may also notify us via our Chat Widget or by email to report that a business has permanently closed or to request a review of the listing to expedite processing.
Business owners are solely responsible for the information they publish through their account. Any false, misleading, or inaccurate information remains the responsibility of the business owner.
We encourage businesses to provide Trusted Factors, affiliations, years in business, review links, and other relevant information that help consumers make informed purchasing decisions
