Digital Services Terms and Conditions

Purpose of These Terms and Conditions

Nettwo Solutions Inc. believes that successful business relationships are built on honesty, clear communication, realistic expectations, and mutual responsibility.

These Digital Services Terms and Conditions explain how we provide our digital products and services, what clients can reasonably expect from us, and what responsibilities remain with the Client. Their purpose is to establish a clear understanding before services begin, reduce misunderstandings, and create a professional working relationship based on trust and cooperation.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all digital products and services provided by Nettwo Solutions Inc., including Safe and Trusted Canada, websites, website hosting, website maintenance, search engine optimization (SEO), reputation management, review management, digital marketing, social media services, email marketing, artificial intelligence (AI) products and services, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, website widgets, business software, third party digital products, and any current or future digital products or services offered by our company, unless a separate written agreement specifically states otherwise.

Nettwo Solutions Inc. strives to recommend products and services that we reasonably believe are appropriate based on the information provided by the Client, our professional experience, and the intended purpose of the product or service. Our recommendations are made in good faith and are intended to help clients make informed business decisions.

Digital products and services are influenced by many factors beyond the control of Nettwo Solutions Inc. Business results may depend upon the Client's industry, competition, location, reputation, business history, products or services offered, pricing, customer service, existing online presence, website quality, consumer demand, marketing efforts, follow up procedures, market conditions, consumer behaviour, and the effective implementation and use of the products or services provided.

For these reasons, businesses using the same product or service may experience different results. A product or service that performs well for one business may not produce the same results for another. Accordingly, Nettwo Solutions Inc. does not guarantee sales increases, revenue growth, search engine rankings, lead generation, review volume, website traffic, consumer response, return on investment, or any other specific business outcome unless expressly stated in writing.

Many of the products and services we provide rely on third-party software providers, technology companies, search engines, artificial intelligence platforms, website hosting companies, domain registrars, social media platforms, review platforms, payment processors, and other external providers. These organizations operate independently of Nettwo Solutions Inc. and may modify their products, services, pricing, functionality, policies, or availability at any time. While we make reasonable efforts to recommend, implement, configure, and support these products, we cannot control or guarantee the actions or future decisions of third-party providers.

These Terms and Conditions are intended to protect both the Client and Nettwo Solutions Inc. by clearly defining our respective responsibilities, establishing reasonable expectations, and acknowledging the practical limitations inherent in providing digital products and services.

Our Working Relationship

Nettwo Solutions Inc. believes that successful digital services are built on communication, cooperation, mutual respect, and realistic expectations. While we are committed to providing professional products and services, the best results are achieved when both parties work together throughout the relationship.

We are committed to conducting business honestly, professionally, and in good faith. We will make reasonable efforts to provide quality products and services, communicate openly, respond to questions and concerns, and recommend solutions that we reasonably believe may benefit our clients.

We ask our clients to communicate openly, provide accurate and current information, review completed work, ask questions whenever clarification is needed, and promptly advise us of any concerns, errors, or requested changes. Open communication helps prevent misunderstandings and allows concerns to be addressed before they become larger issues.

Digital products and services continue to evolve. Software providers, search engines, artificial intelligence platforms, social media companies, and other technology providers regularly introduce new features, modify existing services, change pricing, or discontinue products. As a result, flexibility, cooperation, and ongoing communication are important parts of every successful digital project.

Our goal is not simply to provide digital products and services, but to build long-term business relationships based on trust, professionalism, fairness, and shared responsibility. While no digital product or service can guarantee business success, clients and service providers who work together with clear communication and realistic expectations are far more likely to achieve successful outcomes.

Services Covered by These Terms and Conditions

These Digital Services Terms and Conditions apply to all digital products and services provided, recommended, sold, implemented, managed, supported, or administered by Nettwo Solutions Inc., whether developed by our company or provided through third-party suppliers.
Our services may include Safe and Trusted Canada subscriptions, website design and development, website hosting, website maintenance, website security, website repairs, content updates, search engine optimization (SEO), website visibility services, reputation management, review management systems, review widgets, digital marketing, online advertising support, email marketing, social media management, artificial intelligence (AI) products and services, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, website plugins, website widgets, software integrations, automation tools, business software, domain registration, SSL certificates, business consulting, onboarding, implementation, migration services, technical support, managed digital services, and other current or future digital products or services offered by Nettwo Solutions Inc.
We may also recommend, resell, configure, implement, support, or administer products and services supplied by third-party companies where we believe they may benefit our clients. These may include software subscriptions, online platforms, communication tools, marketing services, reputation management systems, AI services, CRM platforms, website software, hosting services, and other digital solutions.

Technology continually evolves, and new products and services become available regularly. Unless a separate written agreement specifically states otherwise, these Terms and Conditions apply to all current and future digital products and services provided by Nettwo Solutions Inc.

Where third-party providers supply products or services, the Client acknowledges that the provider's own licensing agreements, terms of service, privacy policies, pricing, warranties, operating policies, and service conditions may also apply. These Terms and Conditions are intended to complement, and not replace, any applicable third-party agreements.

If a separate written agreement exists for a specific product or service and there is a conflict between that Agreement and these Terms and Conditions, the specific written Agreement will apply only to the extent of that conflict. All remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will continue to apply.

Our Responsibilities

Nettwo Solutions Inc. is committed to providing professional digital products and services with reasonable care, skill, and attention. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the agreed-upon products and services and to conduct business honestly, professionally, and in good faith.

We will make reasonable efforts to recommend products and services we believe are appropriate based on the Client's information and our professional experience. Recommendations are intended to assist clients in making informed business decisions and should not be interpreted as guarantees of business success or specific results.

Where applicable, we will make reasonable efforts to properly configure, implement, maintain, manage, or support the products and services included within the agreed scope of work. If a client reports a concern relating to a product or service we have provided, we will review the concern in good faith and make reasonable efforts to investigate and address matters that fall within our agreed responsibilities.

Where third-party providers supply products or services, Nettwo Solutions Inc. will make reasonable efforts to assist the Client in working with the provider when appropriate. However, we cannot control the actions, policies, software development, pricing, availability, or business decisions of third-party companies.

We will communicate openly with our clients regarding significant issues that may affect the services we provide and will make reasonable efforts to explain the capabilities and limitations of our products and services before implementation.

Our responsibility is limited to the products and services specifically agreed to by both parties. We are not responsible for services that were not purchased, requested, or included within the agreed scope of work.

Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for promptly notifying Nettwo Solutions Inc. of any errors, omissions, requested changes, updated business information, or concerns relating to the products or services provided. We cannot correct issues or respond to concerns that have not been brought to our attention.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that all information, images, videos, documents, trademarks, logos, and other materials supplied to Nettwo Solutions Inc. may be lawfully used and do not infringe upon the rights of others.

Where products or services require the Client's participation, including approvals, content, access credentials, technical information, or timely responses, the Client's delays may affect project timelines, implementation, performance, or completion.

The Client remains responsible for determining whether a product or service meets their business objectives before purchasing or subscribing. Nettwo Solutions Inc. may recommend products and services in good faith, but the final decision to purchase, subscribe to, or use any product or service remains with the Client.

Clients are encouraged to ask questions before purchasing any product or service to ensure they understand its intended purpose, capabilities, limitations, and ongoing costs.

By working together openly and communicating promptly, both parties improve the likelihood of achieving the best possible results.

Product Recommendations and Client Expectations

Nettwo Solutions Inc. recommends products and services based on the information provided by the Client, our professional experience, the intended purpose of the product or service, and our understanding of how similar products or services have benefited other businesses.

Our recommendations are made honestly and in good faith. However, every business is unique. Factors such as industry, competition, location, business history, reputation, customer service, pricing, marketing efforts, consumer demand, existing online presence, website quality, and many other circumstances may influence the effectiveness of any digital product or service.

Clients acknowledge that products and services producing positive results for one business may not produce the same results for another. A recommendation from Nettwo Solutions Inc. does not guarantee that a product or service will meet every expectation, satisfy every business objective, or achieve specific business outcomes.

Unless expressly stated in writing, Nettwo Solutions Inc. does not guarantee increased sales, increased revenue, improved search engine rankings, increased website traffic, increased lead generation, improved online reputation, increased customer reviews, higher conversion rates, return on investment, or any other measurable business result.

Clients remain responsible for determining whether a recommended product or service is appropriate for their own business before making a purchasing decision. We encourage clients to ask questions and ensure they understand the intended purpose, capabilities, limitations, and ongoing costs of any product or service before proceeding.

If a client believes that a product or service is not operating substantially as intended, Nettwo Solutions Inc. will make reasonable efforts to investigate the concern and, where appropriate, work with the applicable third-party provider or supplier to determine whether the issue can be resolved.

A difference between a client's expectations and a product or service's intended capabilities does not, by itself, indicate that the product is defective or that Nettwo Solutions Inc. has failed to meet its responsibilities.

Our objective is to recommend products and services that we reasonably believe may benefit our clients. The final decision to purchase or subscribe to any product or service always remains with the Client.

Third Party Products and Services

Although Nettwo Solutions Inc. may assist with selecting, implementing, configuring, training, supporting, or managing these products, we do not own or control the third-party companies that provide them.

Third-party providers may change their products, pricing, licensing, features, functionality, availability, security requirements, service levels, or business policies at any time without notice. They may also discontinue products or services, replace existing features, introduce new requirements, or make other business decisions that are beyond our control.

Nettwo Solutions Inc. cannot guarantee the continued availability, compatibility, functionality, performance, or future development of products or services supplied by third-party providers.

Where a client reports a concern involving a third-party product or service, Nettwo Solutions Inc. will make reasonable efforts to investigate the concern and, where appropriate, assist the Client in working with the provider. However, we cannot guarantee that a third-party provider will correct an issue, restore a discontinued feature, provide a refund, maintain pricing, or continue supporting a product or service.

Clients acknowledge that third-party products and services remain subject to the provider's own licensing agreements, terms of service, privacy policies, warranties, pricing, and operating conditions. These Terms and Conditions are intended to complement, and not replace, any applicable third-party agreements.

Refunds, Cancellations, Credits and Service Adjustments

Nettwo Solutions Inc. is committed to dealing with clients fairly and reasonably. If a client has a concern regarding a product or service, we encourage them to contact us as soon as possible so the matter can be reviewed and discussed.

Refunds, credits, cancellations, and service adjustments are not automatically granted. They will be considered based upon the specific circumstances of each situation, the nature of the product or service provided, the terms of any applicable subscription or Agreement, and the policies of any third-party provider where applicable.

Many digital products, software subscriptions, implementation services, consulting services, setup services, website development projects, marketing services, and third-party products involve work that cannot be recovered once completed or delivered. Accordingly, completed services, implementation work, setup fees, consulting services, and labour charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Where third-party providers supply products or services, any refunds, credits, cancellations, or adjustments may also be subject to the provider's own policies, licensing agreements, subscription terms, or contractual obligations, Nettwo Solutions Inc. cannot guarantee that a third-party provider will approve a refund, credit, cancellation, or adjustment.

A client's dissatisfaction with business results, sales, search engine rankings, website traffic, lead generation, customer response, or return on investment does not, by itself, constitute grounds for a refund where the agreed product or service has been provided substantially as described.

If Nettwo Solutions Inc. determines that a product or service has not been provided substantially as agreed, we will make reasonable efforts to investigate the concern and, where appropriate, determine whether a correction, service adjustment, credit, partial refund, or other reasonable resolution is appropriate.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that may apply under applicable law.

Scope of Work and Changes to Services

Every product or service provided by Nettwo Solutions Inc. is based upon an agreed scope of work. The scope of work may be established through a written proposal, quotation, subscription, service description, email correspondence, website information, or other written communication between Nettwo Solutions Inc. and the Client.

The agreed scope of work defines the products, services, responsibilities, pricing, timelines, and deliverables that form the basis of our working relationship.

From time to time, clients may request additional work, expanded services, new features, design changes, additional revisions, third-party integrations, or changes to the original project requirements. Where these requests extend beyond the agreed scope of work, they may require additional time, additional fees, revised timelines, or a separate agreement.

Nettwo Solutions Inc. will make reasonable efforts to advise the Client when a requested change is likely to affect pricing, project timelines, implementation, ongoing support, or the responsibilities of either party.

Clients acknowledge that changes made after work has commenced may require previously completed work to be modified, replaced, retested, or repeated. These changes may increase project costs, extend completion dates, or affect the performance of related products or services.

Where a client requests that third parties modify, maintain, host, or otherwise access products or services provided by Nettwo Solutions Inc., our responsibilities may change. We remain responsible only for the work specifically performed by Nettwo Solutions Inc. We cannot accept responsibility for errors, conflicts, compatibility issues, security concerns, performance problems, or other issues resulting from changes made by third parties.

If the scope of work changes significantly, Nettwo Solutions Inc. may recommend a revised proposal, updated quotation, or new service agreement to ensure that both parties have a clear understanding of the revised products, services, responsibilities, timelines, and costs.

Our objective is to ensure that changes are managed fairly, communicated clearly, and agreed upon by both parties before additional work is undertaken whenever reasonably possible.

Fees, Invoicing and Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay all fees for products and services provided by Safe and Trusted Canada, Nettwo Solutions Inc., or any affiliated business, as outlined in the applicable quotation, proposal, order, invoice, subscription, renewal notice, or other written Agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all invoices are payable upon receipt. Services may be suspended, delayed, or withheld until payment has been received.

Recurring services, including but not limited to website hosting, website maintenance, directory subscriptions, digital marketing services, reputation management, social media management, software subscriptions, and other ongoing services, are billed according to the billing cycle agreed upon by the Client.

Where a product or service automatically renews, the Client authorizes Safe and Trusted Canada or Nettwo Solutions Inc. to continue providing the service and issue renewal invoices unless cancellation is received in accordance with the applicable service agreement or renewal terms.

Late payments may result in the suspension or cancellation of services without liability to Safe and Trusted Canada or Nettwo Solutions Inc. Any costs incurred to restore suspended services, reconnect third-party services, or recover data may be billed to the Client.

The Client remains responsible for all fees incurred up to the date services are cancelled or terminated. Fees previously paid are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing.

Safe and Trusted Canada and Nettwo Solutions Inc. reserve the right to revise pricing for future services or renewal periods by providing reasonable notice before the new pricing becomes effective. Existing invoices issued before any price change remain payable at the original quoted amount.

The Client is responsible for all applicable taxes, government fees, and charges associated with the products and services provided.

Service Terms, Renewals and Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated in writing, products and services provided by Safe and Trusted Canada or Nettwo Solutions Inc. continue for the agreed service term and automatically renew for successive terms under the same conditions unless either party provides the required notice of cancellation.

The required notice period for cancellation, where applicable, is identified in the individual product, subscription, proposal, quotation, invoice, or service agreement. Where no specific notice period has been established, either party may terminate ongoing services by providing reasonable written notice.

The Client may request the cancellation of any service at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by the Account Holder or an authorized representative. Cancellation of one product or service does not automatically cancel any other products or services provided by Safe and Trusted Canada or Nettwo Solutions Inc.

Cancellation does not relieve the Client of responsibility for fees incurred before the effective cancellation date. Any outstanding balances remain payable in full.

Upon cancellation or termination, Safe and Trusted Canada or Nettwo Solutions Inc. may suspend or remove websites, hosting services, directory listings, marketing campaigns, software subscriptions, social media management, reputation management services, email marketing services, and any other related products or services unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing.

Where practical, reasonable assistance may be provided to transfer websites, domains, or digital assets to another provider. Any such assistance may be subject to additional service fees.

Safe and Trusted Canada and Nettwo Solutions Inc. reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately where the Client fails to make payment, breaches these Terms and Conditions, provides false or misleading information, uses the services for unlawful purposes, or places the security, reputation, or operation of the services at risk.

Termination of services does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before the termination date, including payment obligations, ownership rights, indemnities, confidentiality obligations, or limitations of liability contained within these Terms and Conditions.

Client Content and Intellectual Property

The Client retains ownership of all trademarks, business names, logos, photographs, written content, videos, documents, and other materials that the Client provides to Safe and Trusted Canada or Nettwo Solutions Inc. for use in connection with the purchased products and services.

By providing such materials, the Client confirms that they own the content or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and licences to allow Safe and Trusted Canada and Nettwo Solutions Inc. to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display the content as reasonably required to deliver the requested products and services.

The Client accepts full responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of all content submitted. Safe and Trusted Canada and Nettwo Solutions Inc. are not responsible for verifying ownership, copyright, trademark rights, licences, permissions, or regulatory compliance relating to Client-supplied content.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all website designs, programming, layouts, graphics, databases, custom development, written content, marketing materials, AI-generated content, templates, documentation, processes, software configurations, and other intellectual property created by Safe and Trusted Canada or Nettwo Solutions Inc. remain the intellectual property of their respective creator until all applicable fees have been paid in full.

Upon full payment, the Client receives the rights specifically granted under the applicable Agreement. Certain components, including licensed software, third-party applications, stock images, themes, plugins, fonts, AI platforms, proprietary templates, and other licensed materials, remain subject to the licence terms established by their respective owners and may not be transferred to the Client.

Safe and Trusted Canada and Nettwo Solutions Inc. reserve the right to retain copies of work completed for backup, legal compliance, quality assurance, training, disaster recovery, and business records, even after a project or service has ended.

Unless the Client requests otherwise in writing, Safe and Trusted Canada and Nettwo Solutions Inc. may identify completed work, websites, marketing campaigns, listings, or other projects as part of their business portfolio, promotional materials, demonstrations, or case studies.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Safe and Trusted Canada, Nettwo Solutions Inc., their employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, legal costs, or liabilities arising from content supplied by the Client, including allegations involving copyright infringement, trademark infringement, defamation, privacy violations, misleading statements, or other unlawful or unauthorized use of content.

Third Party Products, Software and Services

Safe and Trusted Canada and Nettwo Solutions Inc. may recommend, resell, configure, manage, or provide access to products and services supplied by third parties. These may include, but are not limited to, website hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, search engine optimization services, artificial intelligence platforms, software subscriptions, website themes, plugins, payment processors, email services, social media platforms, cloud services, analytics, advertising platforms, communication tools, reputation management systems, security services, and other digital products or services.

Recommendations are made in good faith based on information available at the time, industry experience, client requirements, and the demonstrated performance of the product or service. A recommendation does not constitute a guarantee that the product or service will meet the Client's expectations, produce specific results, or remain suitable for the Client's business.

The Client acknowledges that third-party providers independently control their products, services, pricing, policies, availability, features, functionality, security, licensing, support, and terms of use. These matters may change without notice and are outside the control of Safe and Trusted Canada and Nettwo Solutions Inc.

Safe and Trusted Canada and Nettwo Solutions Inc. do not warrant or guarantee the continued availability, compatibility, performance, profitability, rankings, security, reliability, or future development of any third-party product or service.

The Client accepts that search engines, artificial intelligence platforms, social media platforms, online advertising systems, internet browsers, software providers, hosting companies, and other technology providers regularly modify their systems, algorithms, policies, features, and technical requirements. These changes may affect websites, digital marketing campaigns, search rankings, integrations, functionality, visibility, or other services without fault on the part of Safe and Trusted Canada or Nettwo Solutions Inc.

Where Safe and Trusted Canada or Nettwo Solutions Inc. assists with the purchase, setup, management, or renewal of third-party products or services, the Client remains bound by the applicable terms, conditions, licences, and policies established by the third-party provider.

Safe and Trusted Canada and Nettwo Solutions Inc. are not responsible for interruptions, outages, security incidents, discontinued products, licensing disputes, policy changes, pricing changes, data loss, service failures, or other events arising from the actions or omissions of third-party providers.

The Client acknowledges that business decisions relating to the purchase or use of any recommended product or service remain the Client's responsibility. Safe and Trusted Canada and Nettwo Solutions Inc. are not liable for financial losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, reduced rankings, reduced traffic, or other business impacts resulting from the performance or non-performance of any third-party product or service.

Where a third-party product or service is discontinued, becomes incompatible, or is no longer suitable, Safe and Trusted Canada and Nettwo Solutions Inc. may recommend alternative solutions. Any work required to replace, migrate, reconfigure, or implement alternative products or services may be subject to additional fees.

No Guarantee of Results and Limitation of Liability

Safe and Trusted Canada and Nettwo Solutions Inc. provide professional services based upon industry knowledge, experience, commercially reasonable practices, and information available at the time the services are provided. While every reasonable effort will be made to assist the Client, no guarantee or warranty is made regarding the success, performance, or outcome of any product or service.

The Client acknowledges that business success depends upon many factors beyond the control of Safe and Trusted Canada and Nettwo Solutions Inc., including market conditions, competition, customer behaviour, pricing, the quality of the Client's products or services, search engine algorithms, artificial intelligence systems, advertising platforms, social media platforms, third-party providers, government regulations, and other external influences.

Unless specifically stated in writing, Safe and Trusted Canada and Nettwo Solutions Inc. do not guarantee search engine rankings, website traffic, lead generation, customer inquiries, sales, revenue, social media engagement, advertising performance, online visibility, review volume, artificial intelligence results, business growth, or any other measurable business outcome.

Recommendations regarding products, services, software, marketing strategies, artificial intelligence tools, search engine optimization, advertising, social media, or other business solutions are made in good faith based on available information, industry experience, and the demonstrated success of similar products or services in other circumstances. The Client remains solely responsible for deciding whether to purchase, implement, or continue using any recommended product or service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safe and Trusted Canada, Nettwo Solutions Inc., their owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, loss of goodwill, loss of data, business interruption, or any other financial or commercial losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, any product or service.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the total liability of Safe and Trusted Canada and Nettwo Solutions Inc. for any claim arising out of or relating to the products or services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Client agrees that no claim, action, or legal proceeding relating to products or services provided by Safe and Trusted Canada or Nettwo Solutions Inc. may be commenced more than one year after the Client first became aware, or reasonably should have become aware, of the circumstances giving rise to the claim, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the applicable laws governing this Agreement.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Safe and Trusted Canada and Nettwo Solutions Inc. respect the confidentiality of Client information. They will use reasonable measures to protect confidential business information received during the course of providing products and services.

Confidential information includes business records, pricing, marketing strategies, customer information, account credentials, technical information, and other information that would reasonably be considered confidential.

The Client acknowledges that information may be disclosed where required by law, court order, government authority, or where reasonably necessary to protect the legal rights, property, or security of Safe and Trusted Canada, Nettwo Solutions Inc., their employees, contractors, clients, or the public.

The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of usernames, passwords, and other account credentials under their control. Safe and Trusted Canada and Nettwo Solutions Inc. are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the Client's failure to protect account credentials adequately.

Website Security and Cybersecurity

Safe and Trusted Canada and Nettwo Solutions Inc. take reasonable precautions to ensure the security of their products and services. However, no website, computer system, software application, server, cloud platform, email system, or internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

The Client acknowledges that cyber threats continually evolve and may include hacking, malware, ransomware, phishing, unauthorized access, data breaches, denial-of-service attacks, software vulnerabilities, and other security risks beyond the control of Safe and Trusted Canada and Nettwo Solutions Inc.

The Client is responsible for maintaining appropriate passwords, access controls, antivirus protection, software updates, and internal security practices for systems under their control.

Safe and Trusted Canada and Nettwo Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for security incidents caused by third-party providers, internet infrastructure, malicious actors, Client actions, or circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

Force Majeure

Safe and Trusted Canada and Nettwo Solutions Inc. shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform services resulting from events beyond their reasonable control. These events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, pandemic, labour disputes, internet outages, cyber attacks, power failures, government actions, changes in law, supplier failures, transportation disruptions, war, civil unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Performance shall resume as soon as reasonably practical after the event has ended.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the applicable laws of Canada.

Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be commenced in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the Province of Saskatchewan unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

Safe and Trusted Canada and Nettwo Solutions Inc. reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will become effective upon publication on the applicable website or upon written notice to the Client, unless otherwise required by law.

Continued use of products or services after revised Terms and Conditions become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with any proposal, quotation, subscription, invoice, statement of work, service agreement, renewal notice, or other written agreement relating to the products or services provided, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Safe and Trusted Canada and Nettwo Solutions Inc.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Any waiver of a provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a continuing waiver of that provision or any other provision.
