CLIENT INFORMATION AND EXPECTATIONS MUST READ BEFORE SERVICES BEGIN
This document explains how Nettwo Solutions Inc., Safe and Trusted Canada, and related products and services operate. Its purpose is to create a clear understanding of responsibilities before services begin and to reduce misunderstandings.
What We Do
We may provide services that include:
- Website design, hosting, maintenance, and updates
-Reputation management tools and review systems
- Social media support and content tools
-Business visibility and digital marketing support
-AI tools and website widgets
-Safe and Trusted Canada profile services and subscriptions- Third-party software and platform integration services General business visibility assistance and recommendations
-Services provided vary depending on the products, subscriptions, and programs selected.
No Guarantee of Results
Digital products and services may improve visibility, presentation, communication, and consumer interaction; however, we do not guarantee:
- Sales increases
- Revenue increases
- Search engine rankings
- Lead generation levels
- Review volume
- Consumer actions
- Website traffic levels
- Business growth outcomes
Many factors affecting business performance remain outside our control.
Client Participation and Review Responsibilities
-We strive to provide professional services using reasonable care and attention.
-Successful projects require participation from both parties.
Clients remain responsible for:
- Reviewing websites and content after launch
- Reviewing contact information, pricing, and content
- Reviewing images and promotional material
- Advising us of changes to business information
- Reviewing reports and notifications provided
- Promptly reporting concerns, errors, or requested changes
We cannot address concerns that are unknown to us or have not been communicated to us.
Changes to Scope of Work and Third-Party Website Access
Some projects are designed so that Nettwo Solutions Inc. manages all aspects of website content, maintenance, updates, and related services. This approach may reduce risk by maintaining a controlled environment and a consistent update process. If a client requests changes to the original scope of work, including permitting outside individuals or organizations to access, modify, or maintain the website or related systems, responsibilities may change.
Examples may include:
- Third-party website developers
- Marketing companies
- SEO providers
- Content writers
- Social media providers
- Plugin developers
- External contractors
- Internal staff members of the client
Once third parties obtain access to systems or make changes, Nettwo Solutions Inc. cannot guarantee continued compatibility, performance, security, or functionality of websites or connected systems.
Changes made by third parties may create:
- Plugin conflicts
- Security risks
-Website errors
- Content issues
- Performance problems
- Search visibility changes
- Software compatibility issues
- Increased troubleshooting requirements
Additional review, testing, correction, investigation, or repair work resulting from third-party changes may require additional service fees.
Nettwo Solutions Inc. remains responsible only for work specifically performed by our organization and agreed to within the scope of services.
Clients remain responsible for informing us when third-party access or changes are requested or initiated by them.
Third-Party Software and Platforms
Many services rely upon external systems and providers.
Examples may include:
- Vendasta products
- Website plugins
- Google services
- Social media platforms
- Review platforms
- Domain registrars
- Hosting providers
- Payment processors
- External software companies
We do not own or control these systems and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility, or performance.
Third-Party Referrals
From time to time, we may refer clients to external organizations, businesses, or professionals.
Examples may include:
-Accountants
- Lawyers
- Website developers
- Marketing providers
- Better Business Bureau programs
-Business associations
- Technology providers
Referrals are provided for convenience and information purposes only.
A referral does not represent:
- Endorsement
- Accreditation
- Certification
- Guarantee of performance
- Guarantee of business results
-Assumption of responsibility for third-party actions
Clients remain responsible for conducting their own research and making their own decisions.
Limitations of Responsibilities
We remain responsible only for services specifically agreed to between both parties.
We are not responsible for:
-Decisions made by third parties
- Actions of external providers
- Changes made by others to websites or systems
-Client modifications or edits
- Consumer decisions
-Search engine algorithm changes
-Third-party platform changes
-Delays outside our control
Concerns and Communication
If a concern exists, clients should notify us as soon as possible.
We will review concerns in good faith and make reasonable efforts to investigate and address matters that fall within our agreed scope of work.
